The Primary Roles We Are Hiring For

Our current priority is to strengthen the team within two areas: Back-End Development (.NET / C#) and Windows Development (WinUI / Desktop Services). You may specialise in one area or work across both, depending on your background.

Back-End Developer
You will:

• Develop and maintain APIs written in C#
• Test APIs using Postman
• Build integrations with AI, including systems that identify games or critical gameplay moments to support Game Awareness
• Work with modern .NET technologies and object-oriented principles

Windows Developer
You will:

• Develop and maintain our Windows application built with WinUI and C#
• Build and maintain Windows desktop services, including background services and components with tray icon functionality
• Work with WinUI UI frameworks, application lifecycle, packaging and deployment for Windows environments
• Integrate Windows components with our API layer and AI-driven features that support Game Awareness

Additional Roles We Are Open To

While back-end and Windows development are the primary focus areas, we are also open to candidates with skills in the following domains.

App Developer (React Native)
• Develop and maintain our Android app built with React Native
• Develop and maintain our future iOS app in React Native

Console Developer (Xbox / PlayStation)
• Develop and maintain our Xbox application in C#
• Develop our upcoming PlayStation application in C++

Web Developer (ASP / C#)
• Develop and maintain our web application built with ASP and C#

Who We Are Looking For
We value candidates who have:

• Education in software development, computer science or equivalent experience
• Several years of software development experience
• Strong programming skills, particularly in C# or related languages
• Experience with API development
• Interest in or experience with integrating AI solutions
• Ability to solve problems with both structure and creativity
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success
• Familiarity with agile ways of working

Meriting experience
• Cloud services and modern deployment strategies
• Azure DevOps pipelines and automation
• Microsoft Orleans
